Had a GREAT stay on 2 nights of our stay. The suite was recently refurbished, everything was excellent. The property's location was great, down a dimly-lit tunnel. Fast food restaurant Daddy's Burger was located 15 minutes walk away.

The location was charming, with a
Fairly residential feel and a fine perspective of the coastline. The staff, especially Francesca, were accommodating. Noise from events on the rooftop bar disrupted our sleep. A visit to Don Giovanni for dinner was a highlight.

While the rooftop has fantastic views, the noise from parties upstairs can be disruptive, often lasting until after midnight. Several rooms with non-sea views face a noisy courtyard where cigarette ends accumulate, and guests have to pay extra for beach loungers that may not be available on weekends due to public access. Dining options are somewhat limited, and reservations can be tricky due to private events taking up space.

The fine sunsets from the room were amazing. Breakfast was an extravagant spread with homemade marmalade. The night-time activities from the rooftop bar created a disruptive atmosphere, especially since it extended until past midnight. This resulted in restless nights, impacting the overall comfort of our stay.

I appreciated the delicious breakfast options every morning and the evening meals offered reasonable prices with a good menu selection. the noise from the rooftop bar could be disruptive at times, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. a pleasant spot for our getaway and a solid base for our excursions, especially to nearby places like Basilica della SS.
